Thread for Density Lab

Post  Brandon on 1st September 2008, 11:26 am

This thread is specifically for the density lab questions. For example: How to make the table, how to graph the points on the calculator/computer, receiving information from other groups about their densities and various other information. There will be no direct answer to a question, for that would constitute as cheating. We must lead each other in the right direction, helping everyone to learn and succeed in AP Chemistry. We will get nowhere telling everyone what the answer is without an explanation as to why and how. So, that being said, fire away!

Umm...Mr. Kirk was supposed to show us how to do the table thingy..But there has been no Capt. Kirk present on the forum yet. Any idea how to do it? I don't even know how to do what he wants on the calculator.

ketone aldehyde resins with wide compatibility,
process for their preparation, and their use. The invention relates to ketone-aldehyde resins
with wide compatibility comprising cycloaliphatic ketones and, in particular, formaldehyde and,
if desired, further monomers, to a process for their preparation and to their use as hard resin
